- Launch the Settings app from the Home screen of your iPhone or iPad.
- Scroll down and tap on Photos & Camera.
- Again scroll down towards the bottom of the page and under the Camera section, there is an option for Grid. Turn the feature On by tapping on the slider.
That’s all there is to it. Grid lines should now be activated inside the native Camera app.
