Waar kan ik gratis bitcoins krijgen? (bitcoinspot.nl)

Add a Facebook like button anywhere!

Everybody wants to be liked in one way or an other. Facebook has exploited this with the 'Like this' feature.
Back when I was working on a couple of websites on Google Pages I noticed that I also felt the need to be liked in public.. in my search for a solution for this need of mine, I found this to be the best option. You can place it almost anywhere!

The code

New note to myself: how do I share code easily.. ?
Allright.. All you have to change is row 4, add the url/link to you fanpage

More code

Ther is more possible with this code.. I'll try to show some option as a practise in understanding and blogging but if you encounter some problems.., please just comment the blogpost (AND LIKE MY FANPAGE, but that goes without saying)

Show Faces

Perhaps your so proud that you would like to showoff the faces . Just change the value of  'show_faces' to 'true'. An Example with the IMDB fanpage:

In this example I increased the size of the total 'button gadget' from 28x400 to 60x500. Simply change all 28 values to 60 and 400 values to 500. These values represent pixels.

For the time being, thats it!
Questions, remarks or what ever, comment, below please.

I'm Back!

I'm back typing again! I did some much needed maintenance;

  • Removed the Google Site from public view
Perhaps it will be back some time from now but it's to much of mess right now.
  • Connect the Facebook page
Using IFTTT. Check it out! You can connect anything to anything..
  • Added a like button using some code I found a couple of years ago (I'll type a small post for that after this)
Cheers!

[this is also a test for the Blogger to Facebook connection by IFTTT ]

Introduction of a new Blogger

Hey all, as my friend allready blogged here for a while, he just invited me to join him on this blog. One could see me as a less educated, but more funny and crazy version of the first guy writing in this blog. I'll be here to ensure comic relief, while my buddy will be here to discuss serious matters, and vice versa if our expertise let's us do so. Oh right, while this is an introduction, I haven't really introduced myself, from now on you will know me as Bonsai_Tree, and I'm your friendly neighbourhood blogger.

ThinkPad Consumer Experience

(Lenovo)/ThinkPad T500 2082WG Consumer Experience
Why a ThinkPad?
I had some bad experience with the last favourite brand, Zepto, I was kinda pist off and disappointed so I wanted a ‘100%’ reliable product. This was the trigger.
..I like any device with some thought behind it - doesn't have to be what I think, as long as I can notice that at some point someone sat down a tried to think like a user while using the device. Apple minded users might experience this feeling as 'love' when comparing Windows OS with Max OS X.
before I bought my ThinkPad I already associated the brand name with quality and durability. I think the link was made by the distinctive 'design' from IBM.
You notice the ThinkPad  for its unusual, non smoothed style and  beam shape. Next you keep seeing the black box
during your career as a human. Add some interest in notebooks (like; want to know what you’re actually buying by reading reviews and comparing products) and you have all the necessary ingredients for a brand name that stands for durability.
Now you only need a high purchase price to add the feeling known as quality to the brand name association list.
You might think that quality doesn't have anything to do with the purchase price and in theory your might be right... but in the real world it is safe to say that cheap stuff causes more headaches – less pleasant headaches.

 The specs
The T500 has two GPUs, Intel and ATI. Using the Intel Graphics saves you about 40 min of battery life;
While writing this review on Intel graphics 5:05 and ATI graphics 4:23. (All wireless connection off, 104 processes, CPU usage average of 9% (low performance)).
WiFi is provided by a Intel WiFi Link in 5300. This has 2 antennas and can thus handle 300 Mbit wireless n and most importantly, has a better range. Great advantage in buildings that are not always a seamless wireless network.
The notebook is silent. I rarely hear the laptop cool. The DVD player is not. Something I personally experience as ‘no problem’. DVD writing is still an uncertain science, to be sure that a DVD you burned yourself is readable I use an external DVD burner that I share with the house. In fact, because I almost don’t use  the DVD drive I’m thinking of replacing it with some other Lenovo Ultra Bay
accessories
like a hard disk holder. That would enable me to switch my new primary hard disk to the Ultra Bay and start experimenting whit a SSD, but that is an other story.

Lenovo Think Vantage and other software
A major advantage of Lenovo, unfortunately also a disadvantage, are the various programs that Lenovo provides drivers and software updates, GPS, HD Shock Protector, GPU switching and wireless connection manager, etc. All very good programs but they make sure that the laptop needs 2~ minutes to boot.
Some screenshots from programs that supposed to make your life easier. They do!
Looking back
The first 6 months promise a stable next 2,5 years. There were some glitches (drivers J, don’t install two that perform the same task, you will create a war), nothing serious.
More to come

Mental Omega (clik me)

Another mod for Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge, Mental Omega continues the storyline from Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge.

The writers of this mod were not very happy with the Yuri's Revenge extension, they say it very 'unbalanced'. I do not agree. I always liked RA2 YR for game play and it's no nonsense
I wasnt very satisfied, I had some problems with units that didn't 'auto guard', very annoying (Kirov Airship). So I sill prefere Deezire

I don't know what your experience is with games on your computer, I always (have to) close every application and even delete some processes with the Task Manager to speed up the game play. I do this because I like to exaggerate, building a lot defence + large armies to minimize casualties.. after an hour the game play starts to slow down.. it speeds up when the I destroyed a few enemies.. I'm mainly talking about CnC Generals.

If there is someone who has some better idea's please post them as comment.

The best mod for RA2 is by far, DeeZire 8.0

Command and Conquer

I always was a big CnC fan, so I already ordered Kane's Wrath, all the (now known) ins and outs about Kane' Wrath can be found here.

Unfortunately, my Packer Bell notebook (never buy a Packer Hell) has desided to crash when I start Tiberium Wars. I got pretty far in NOD missions... to bad

Here we go again

I'll try to post regularly..., and we'll see how it works out.
